Great place to get what you need.

Early risers need not arrive for their caffeine at the weekday posted opening time of 5:00 AM. Staff arrived at 5:05. Doors were unlocked for customers at 5:30. Milk was up at 5:38 AM.

Don't go after 10pm, no milk or sugar

Please introduce new coffee taste. All type off coffees are the same with different flavor . The cost of starbucks coffee is the most expensive, please reconsider.

Starbucks in Midtown. I like Starbucks as an organization, especially because they have an app that makes it easy to order. But, dear reader, when you're in Midtown, you can't expect to have polite service. Midtown is in a hurry, and you need to order within a few seconds or get the heck out of the way.So, that's what my experience was like here today. And there's no bathroom.Wearing Collegiate gym shirt.

Service is very good and nice workers but somebody should do something to those outside people. I see same faces every day with Outside food and coffee too !!! Second problem - free wifi which brings people who are calling to there wife's in third world countries and making very loud conversation Manager should look into this .!!!

Minimal seating, bad hygiene, staff is unpleasant

Blaring loud music with explicit lyrics no filter. Couldn’t hear a thing. A parade of people hanging out by the pick up area who also couldn’t hear their names being called. It felt like a club inside with disco lights.

An absolute mess. No leaders on the floor. It's 9am, there are about 10 people waiting around and 7 partners on the floor. The two on the bar are unfortunately not in sync at all. They need to be retrained. I have also been waiting for my iced latte for almost 10 minutes. Received my latte and they added caramel to my cinnamon dolce latte.

Horrible service in the afternoon shift. Poor customer service. They constantly make mistakes on your order and don't even know a drink is still available.

Service quite slow and order not completely served. Place was clean and staff was ok

3 employees and no service. Literally made a line of customers wait for over 5 minutes before taking any orders. Not busy at all. One in the back, one taking out trash and the other swearing under his breath the entire time. It wasn't even close to closing time. Worst Starbucks ever!

High energy coffee spot with nice people and lots of movement. They do have seating but not too many so it's a big one for the running coffee. Very fast service. Just pay attention cause they're looking for you to personally hand you your coffee with a smile... don't be staring into your phone too hard!😉

Typical City Starbucks here. Not too big, but has a decent amount of seating for about 15 people and a few more refrigerated items than the smaller Starbucks.

No Restroom! Paid for a drink so I could use restroom and they don't have one...

High quality & fast paced service. They even gave my brother & I complimentary coffee while we were waiting on a friend. Truly a home away from home.

Just walked into this Starbucks not too long ago and they told me that they are closed! How do you close your store 30 minutes before closing! If your store says you close at 12am then you should close at that time. This location is a disgrace to the Starbucks corporation and the employees there aren’t friendly at all. One of the employees stated that someone was coming “to do something” which is why they closed early but I knew she was just lazy and wanted to leave early. You shouldn’t hire employees who don’t want to work and do their job. I never write a bad review or a review at all but I was very disappointed with my experience here. After we left we also noticed that they kept turning people away. What a joke! This Starbucks either needs to be closed down or you need to hire better night shift employees!!

SOOO EXPENSIVE compared to other locations, but they still made everything well!! It was nice that they were open so late!

The worst Starbucks location in the area. Orders are consistently wrong when they actually get made and the employees are quick to give attitude if you inquire as to if your missing order is coming. Do yourself a favor and walk a couple blocks to a better location.

Barista wouldn’t look away from his phone when I was trying to ask a question. Gave me an attitude like I was bothering him...

Staff member was uninterested in being at work and unhelpful. He insisted my drink was correct despite it being a different color than normal. Its sickeningly sweet despite me adding extra water :-(

This was the worst service received at a starbucks ever!

Good service, nice staff, good menu. One star less for loud music. But overall, I liked the service in general.

Starbucks usually have good employees and service, but not this place. as for the drinks and food, its the same as any other Starbucks.

The Starbucks brand is one you can always rely on for quality service and product. This particular location feels like a pirate store bearing the same name, luring loyal customers to the worst unexpected experience. The staff is absolutely unprofessional, red-eyed, and constantly chatting while the line of customers piles up. They deny bathroom access to paying customers, and consistently get orders wrong. Don't be surprised if you're next in line and the staff suddenly decides to stop to chat about their previous night out. The regional manager should do a complete restructuring of this local, replace the entire crew, and review the policies. Until then, KEEP AWAY!

This place does not follow the order. You get passed over for no reason, ppl working there are very unfriendly and not many seating places.

This Starbucks doesn't have a bathroom for customers. There is a bathroom but only the staff can use it. Ghetto!!!

The coffee is very tasty

I went here during my stay in NY staff always made my order right Coffee was always Hot. Definitely will be returning to this location when in NY.

They got my order done pretty fast but the volume inside was a little over the top.

Great place for coffee

This Starbucks was on my way home. I've been here a couple of times. It was always clean and the cashiers have always been friendly and helpful. The coffee was good for my taste. My wife enjoyed her refresher. There is a large amount of seating. If you are in need of a coffee and you are in the area it's a good place to stop

Nasty unpleasant staff! The prerequisite to be working there must be a horrible attitude.

I like coming to this place but the people they had working today move so slow it was sad they were action like they didn’t even want to be there. I couldn’t even order drink before work cause I would’ve been late there was 5 people ahead of that was waiting on they drink and out of that 5, 3 people been waiting really long for they drink

At 8.30 AM couldn't change a 100$ bill. Ridiculous! A currency used all over the world and in a Metropolis on one of the main streets with a turnover of 10s of thousands of dollars they don't have change. Went to Dunkin Donuts.

Over crowded location with minimal seating. You will get your coffee, but absolutely nothing else.

Not the most spacious Starbucks around maybe, but the staff consistently make quality brews.

The music is ridiculously loud. Can’t hold a conversation - we had to leave because It was so loud it was giving us a headache....
